ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডার আনুমানিক সময়, অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর ১ থেকে ১০ কার্য দিবস।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, ডেলিভারি খরচ অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের কিছু ক্ষেত্রে, অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং ডেলিভারির আগে ৩০ থেকে ১০০ শতাংশ অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী গ্রাহক এবং himalaya.com.bd এর মধ্যে একটি আইনগতভাবে আবদ্ধ বোঝাপড়া/চুক্তি গঠন করে দয়া করে আমাদের সাথে নিবন্ধন করার আগে এবং/অথবা আমাদের কোন পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করার আগে সাবধানে উল্লিখিত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী পড়ুন। চুক্তি একসেপ্ট/মেনে নেওয়ার মাধ্যমে এটি বিবেচনা করা হবে যে, গ্রাহক যখনই হিমালয়.কম.বিডি ওয়েবসাইট অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্রাউজ করে এবং পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করে তখন নীতির দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হয়েছে। গ্রাহককে যেকোনো পরিষেবা এবং/অথবা অফার পেতে নিজের হিমালয়া ডিজিটাল একাউন্ট নিবন্ধন করতে হবে এবং একাউন্ট লগ ইন করতে হবে এবং এর সাথে যুক্ত একটি বৈধ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি থাকতে হবে। শর্তাবলীর যে কোনো লঙ্ঘনে অবিলম্বে আরও পরিষেবার জন্য হিমালয়.কম.বিডি ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখার উপর নিষেধাজ্ঞা হিসাবে কার্যকর হবে। হিমালয় ডিজিটাল দায়বদ্ধতা ছাড়াই যে কোনো সময়ে নীতিমালার যেকোনোটিতে অ্যাক্সেস সীমাবদ্ধতা বা সীমা আরোপ, বর্ধন, স্থগিত, অপসারণ, নিষ্ক্রিয় বা আরোপ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, এছাড়াও হিমালয় ডিজিটাল অধিকার রাখে কোন দায়বদ্ধতা ছাড়াই কোন অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার, এবং/অথবা যে কোন অর্ডারের পরিমাণ সীমিত করার। এই বিধিনিষেধগুলি একই হিমালয়.কম.বিডি একাউন্ট, একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি বা একই বিলিং বা শিপিং ঠিকানা ব্যবহার কারী অর্ডারগুলি অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।

সমস্ত ক্যাম্পেইন পণ্য নির্ধারিত পরিমাণে পাওয়া যাবে এবং অফারগুলি স্টক শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সক্রিয় থাকবে।
